 As a result of attending this webinar, participants will be able to:

1.    Identify the signs and symptoms of caregiver burnout, gaining a heightened awareness of the emotional, physical, and mental challenges that caregivers commonly face.
2.   Learn and be able to apply practical self-care techniques, understanding the importance of establishing healthy boundaries, managing stress, and prioritizing their well-being while fulfilling caregiving responsibilities.

Rachael E. DuBose, M.S.Ed., LPCC-S, CCTP

Rachael E. DuBose was born and raised in the Evanston neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, by her paternal grandparents, who both taught her many of life’s most important lessons through their sacrifice and unconditional love. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006 from Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Dayton. Rachael’s passion for advocacy, education, healing from trauma, criminal justice, and fighting the stigma of mental illness, especially in historically excluded communities, shines through her community work as the owner of Be the Light. In her leisure time, Rachael enjoys traveling, being an amateur foodie, and spending time with her amazingly supportive husband, Mike.
