AACES Conference On-Demand Session
PUSH Forward for PUSH-In! Effective Strategies for Supporting AAC Within the Preschool Classroom
Our preschool students who use AAC deserve the most accessible, effective, and engaging intervention! As speech-language pathologists, this often means supporting them directly in the preschool classroom with push-in services. This session offers practical strategies and ideas for speech-language pathologists and educators who want to utilize a push-in service delivery model for young AAC users. Topics will include large and small group instruction, data collection, supporting classroom staff, and more. Participants will leave with engaging and fun therapy ideas for immediate use, and the confidence to walk into the preschool classroom ready to support your students!
